refund policy
In order for any return to be validated, the customer must notify us at inforosasleon@gmail.com within 48 hours of having received their package. This applies to both non-defective and defective items.
NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS
In order for an item to be eligible for a return it must be unused, in the same condition that it was received and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase. Return items are to be sent to 68 Linden Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R2K 0M8 upon which a store credit of equal value will be issued. The store credit is for the value or cost of the purchased item only and the store credit does not include shipping costs. You will receive notification of the store credit code via email.
SHIPPING ON NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS
Shipping costs will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When you return an item through shipping, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance or using a trackable shipping service. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged items that are “return items”.
Note: All non-defective returns must be shipped to the address provided within 7 business days of product delivery.
NON-DEFECTIVE SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items are eligible for store credit, sale items do not qualify for store credit.
DEFECTIVE RETURNS
If a product is received in either damaged or defective condition please send clear pictures showing the damage along with a short description of the damaged or defective area to inforosasleon@gmail.com. You will be notified via email if your request has been approved or declined. If it is determined that the damage is our fault, you will be sent the same item at no extra cost, provided the item is still available. If the item is not available we will provide you with a full refund.
SHIPPING ON DEFECTIVE RETURNS
Shipping costs will be paid for by our company, on all items deemed defective, provided all the terms in the Defective Returns section are met.
LATE OR MISSING REFUND (IF APPLICABLE)
First check your bank account before contacting your credit card company if you have not received your refund. It may take time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at inforosasleon@gmail.com. No refunds or store credit will be awarded for delayed or long shipping times.
