IS THE PRODUCT I AM PURCHASING EXACTLY AS SHOWN?

Although we strive to provide customers with an accurate representation of the product online, there will be some minor discrepancies that are out of our control.  Examples of these discrepancies may include minor variations in product colours.

 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order has shipped.  If your order status says pending, no action is needed.  Allow 2-3 business days for processing and packaging in addition to the shipping times.

 

WHAT IF I ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER?

This is normal.  Although we will do our best to ship all the items you have ordered at the same time there will be instances where you will receive the items separately.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once you have received an email that your order has shipped, you can track it through the link in your shipping confirmation email.

 

WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM?

All orders are shipped from Canada.

 

MY ORDER STILL SHOWS AS “PROCESSING”. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

If your order status is "processing", it means it is still awaiting shipment and will ship soon.  No further action is needed.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, please notify our team ASAP through email at inforosasleon@gmail.com

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You may cancel an order for a full refund provided your order has not been processed or shipped.  To cancel your order, please email inforosasleon@gmail.com

If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel your order.

 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay. 

 

WHY WAS I CHARGED MORE THAN ONCE FOR AN ORDER?

If you use a credit card to place an order and it is declined for any reason (including but not limited to invalid CVV, expiration date, billing address, etc), you may see a pending charge on your account. If this happens, the pending charge will clear from your bank statement within 1-5 days.  Unfortunately if this happens, we are not able to do anything on our end.  If you are concerned about the pending charges, your best option is to contact your bank.

 

WHAT CAN I DO IF MY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD IS NOT WORKING?

If your credit or debit card is not working, please verify that the following is correct:

  • Credit or debit card number
  • Expiration date
  • CVV/card security code
  • Cardholder name
  • Billing address
  • Sufficient funds or credit available

If you still are having issues, the best option is to reach out to your financial institution/bank directly.

 

DO THE PRICES SHOWN ON THE PRODUCT PAGES INCLUDE TAX?

Prices shown on product pages do not include tax.  Tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and relevant tax rules.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED?

Once orders have been processed there is no way to reverse the process.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM I PURCHASED IS AUTHENTIC?

The only way to know if a Rosas León product is authentic is to buy directly from the rosasleon.com website.

HOW DO I RECEIVE THE FULL DEAL ADVERTISED FOR BLACK FRIDAY?
